  2. Get enough sleep.
  3. Indulge in daily activity.
  4. Practice good hygiene.
  1. Maintain your weight for 1 month.
  2. Get 8 hours of sleep every night.
  3. Go to a park.
  4. Get 20 minutes of sunlight each day.

VCU Community Health Education Center fosters the advancement and development of health knowledge within the community.

Institute for Women's Health promotes standards of excellence in women’s health care, advance cutting-edge research, foster community outreach and collaboration, enhance women’s leadership, and provide training and education toward the goal of improving the health of women across the lifespan.

VCU Recreational Sports inspires and empowers the VCU community to commit to a lifetime of personal development by encouraging engagement, fostering positive leadership skills, and providing learning opportunities.

VCU Wellness Resource Center provides education and services on a variety of topics that affect health.

Champions of Wellness Physical Wellness Events provides fitness events to VCU students.

Disability Support Services assists Virginia Commonwealth University in creating a learning environment where all students have equal access to every aspect of the University's programs, services, and activities.

Spit for Science is a project being led by researchers at VCU to create a unique university-wide research opportunity for VCU students about why some people are more likely than others to develop substance abuse problems and difficulties with emotional health.

COBE Contemplative Science and Education Core promotes behavioral and emotional health among young people through the integration of research with coursework, programming, and policy.
