Campus Resources for Enhancing Intellectual Wellness

The Well offers mindfulness sessions to learn and practice relaxation and stress/anxiety management.

COBE Contemplative Science and Education Core  promotes behavioral and emotional health among young people through the integration of research with coursework, programming, and policy.

Center on Society and Health is an academic research center that studies the health implications of social factors—such as education, income, neighborhood and community environmental conditions, and public policy.
