Bootcamp

Test your limits! We are excited to announce this NEW addition to our Small Group Training programs! Bootcamp is for anyone looking to get serious about their conditioning. Bootcamp will challenge you physically and mentally to reach new heights of intensity. This class is held at Cary Street Gym in the MAC, giving you plenty of space and specialty equipment to learn new exercises and push yourself to the max. Whether it be sled drags, bear crawls, rope pulls or farmer carries, a Certified Personal Trainer will teach you how to utilize these conditioning tools to increase your strength, power and coordination. This mode of exercise allows you to work your entire body all at once. Do you want to improve your core stability? Increase your jumping power? Throw your body weight overhead? We have a Bootcamp for that. Avid participants in this class can expect to lose body fat, increase their fitness and improve their movement skills. While this class will get intense, no prior experience is necessary. Our trainers can modify all exercises to fit your current skill level while coaching you to improve your body's capabilities. This class meets two times per week for six weeks.
