Water Exercise


Water Exercise classes are held along with our Group Exercise Classes. A variety of water exercise classes is available at Cary Street Gym Aquatic Center and MCV Campus Aquatic Center.

You do not need to know how to swim to participate in these classes. Your head will be above water at all times.

Deep Water and Aqua Jogging classes are held in 12 feet of water in the Activity Pool. You will have a buoyancy belt to provide you support and stability, while in the deep water.
