Adult Swim Programs

Our swim lessons are designed to help adults who want to learn an array of swimming techniques, ranging from overcoming common fears of the water to learning and refining strokes. 

Classes will be structured based on the individuals’ goals. The class is limited to 6 people to allow participants to receive individual attention.

 

Fitness Swimming

This class is for intermediate/advanced swimmers who are looking for a structured workout. The Fitness Swimming program is designed to help swimmers improve fitness and/or train for specific goals. Fitness swimming classes are led by experienced instructors aiming to meet individual swimmers’ needs. Participants should know three competitive strokes: backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle and be able to swim a minimum of 50 yards of both freestyle and backstroke before enrolling.
