A variety of water exercise classes are available at Cary Street Gym Aquatic Center and MCV Campus Aquatic Center.
All summer facility hours are Family hours for children of members who have a Minor Dependent membership. Members can bring their children to swim at either Aquatic Center.
During the school year, Rec Sports offers Female Only and Male Only swim time, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on alternating Friday nights at MCV Campus Aquatic Center. Monday-Friday nights during the school year, we offer family swim time at Cary Street Gym Aquatic Center, 5:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Log Rolling Clinics are for all ages and skill levels to learn how to log roll. Trained instructors will teach you how a run on a key log. Based on experience level, there will be opportunities to increase the intensity, decrease the stability, and increase the fun by having friendly competitions!
