LIVE VIRTUAL FITNESS & WELLNESS OFFERINGS

The Rec Sports Fitness & Wellness Team goes LIVE! Each week we'll feature and offer a variety of ways for YOU to connect and move!

All weekly program instances will be available for registration on MyRecSports the Thursday before. Registration will remain open until the LIVE offering begins. We will be using Zoom as our platform for delivery. Each program instance has a unique Zoom link. Zoom links are embedded in registration confirmations.

Some of our classes are also featured on Rec Sports' Facebook page as Events. Like us on Facebook to join in!

You can view previously recorded material by visiting our Virtual Fitness & Wellness playlist on YouTube (click on “Virtual Fitness & Wellness”). We have over 50 videos in our library in a variety of formats, including Core, HIIT, Mat Pilates, Tabata Cardio, Yoga, and Guided Meditation.

Virtual Fitness and Wellness Calendar

To register for classes
  1. Select the "MyRecSports" icon in the top right corner of the recsports.vcu.edu website
  2. For all VCU students, faculty/staff, and Rec Sports’ members, select the "Log In" option and sign in with the requested credentials
    1. For all non-members, select the "Sign Up" option and complete the required fields
  3. Once signed in, use the search bar at the top of the screen to find Virtual Fitness
  4. Complete the required field and payment to complete your registration

 

  • For security purposes, we ask that you not use your VCU email address or eID password when creating an account on websites external to VCU.
