Small Group Training


We have several small group training programs in a variety of formats so that you can find your favorite way to exercise! These programs are designed to challenge and advance your fitness skills in a specialized area. SGT gives you the opportunity to work with a Certified Personal Trainer or specially certified coach in groups of 4-12 people at an affordable cost. Our coaches emphasize proper form and effective exercise progressions so you get the most out of your experience. By the end of the program, you master measurable skills and move through basic, intermediate and advanced classes as you progress. If you prefer working out with other people in a team-oriented setting, these classes are for you!
