Strength and Conditioning Drop-in

 

Looking for a new exercise routine? Want to try something different? 

Strength and Conditioning Drop-in is a FREE opportunity for members to use our fitness equipment in the MAC and have access to a Certified Personal Trainer for questions, motivation, and basic instruction. The fitness equipment available to you includes ropes, kettlebells, plyo boxes, sleds, etc. A workout of the day will be posted for each drop-in session to challenge your fitness and skill. This is an excellent workout alternative to the fitness center.

Fall 2017: Tuesdays 8am - 10am, Thursdays 5pm - 7pm

*The MAC is located on the second floor of Cary Street Gym, just outside the fitness center
