Looking for a new exercise routine? Want to try something new? Our Strength and Conditioning Drop-in is the perfect opportunity for you. Test your strength, endurance, and athleticism with challenging strength and conditioning workouts designed and led by a Certified Personal Trainer who will motivate and support you the whole way through.Use equipment like sleds, plyo boxes, kettlebells, and more. This program is offered weekly throughout the semester in the MAC at Cary Street Gym. The best part is that it is totally FREE! No registration required; just bring yourself.
