VCU Recreational Sports is offering Fitness Instructor Training (FIT) programs to prepare students to lead group exercise classes or train on campus.
Strength and Conditioning Drop-in is a FREE opportunity for members to use our fitness equipment in the MAC and have access to a Certified Personal Trainer for questions and basic instruction.
