U.S. Master's Swimming
The U.S Master's Swimming workouts are designed for all type of swimmers - competitors, tri-athletes and fitness swimmers.
The USMS program is designed to help swimmers improve fitness and/or train for specific goals. The team offers active support for a healthy lifestyle through friendship and camaraderie.
USMS is led by experienced coaches aiming to meet individual swimmers’ needs. This program is designed to build endurance and speed in any of the four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breastroke, and/or butterfly).
Participants should know three competitive strokes: backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle and be able to swim 500 yards before enrolling. On the first day of each session a swim trial will be held.
