Cary Street Gym features an 18,000 sq foot Fitness Center, Aquatic Center with 2 pools, 40 foot climbing wall, 4 court gymnasium, indoor track and turf court, group exercise and mind/body studio, and more.
18,000 square feet on two levels, featuring cardio equipment, functional fitness areas, weight room with Olympic lifting platforms, and selectorized weight equipment.
Mind and Body Studio
This studio provides a quiet space for yoga, and other mind/body classes. Located on the first floor. Visit our Group Exercise schedule for class times.
Group Exercise Studios
Studios with hardwood floors and equipment for a wide range of classes, located on the first floor. Visit our Group Exercise schedule for class times.
Space dedicated to indoor cycling classes, located on the lower level. Visit our Group Exercise schedule for class times.
Two glass sided courts, located on the second floor near the track. Reserve a court time.
4-court gymnasium with scheduled times for basketball, volleyball, table tennis and badminton
Rock Climbing Wall
Our 40 foot high rock climbing wall features six routes which are changed frequently. Our boulder is available at all open hours. We also feature skills clinics and competitions.
Our indoor turf field with scheduled times for soccer, dodgeball, group exercise and more.
Indoor Running Track
Indoor running track with four lanes: 9.5 laps/mile interior lane, 8.4 laps exterior lane. Direction changes daily.
Day Use and Rental Lockers
Day use lockers throughout the facility, rental lockers available in our Main locker rooms, all with digital locks. More information about lockers and rentals.
